ACCOUNTABILiTY BUDDY

$35/week

For experienced clients only. Know what to do but just need a kick in the ass? It’s for you. Still want someone to check in with for accountability? It’s for you. Still need a little guidance with macros? It’s for you. It’s like the graduation package from 1:1 coaching!

What you get:

  • Weekly accountability text check in

  • Macro adjustments

  • Monday to Thursday access to your coach

  • Weekly recipes

This is a much more casual style of coaching. You will not receive lengthy emails or check in calls, just a weekly text to see how things are going and if any adjustments need to be made. Still here for support, but more like training wheels - there for confidence!
