What’s involved?

As a base, everyone will participate in the nutrition and lifestyle portion of the challenge as these are your daily habits that will become your foundations! This is all run by The Redheaded Nutritionist. You will receive personalised nutrition targets to work towards thorough tracking your food - but if you don’t want to track - for whatever reason - we’ve got you covered! We understand that it’s not for everyone. Next, you will set yourself some daily non negotiable habits (think things like, reading 10 pages a day, no coffee before food, meditating or even a daily exercise goal). We will aim to hit our nutrition targets and our non negotiables every day for 6 weeks. If that sounds scary, that’s because it is! It also means you’re in the right place - we are here to guide you every step of the way, even when you f*ck it up, because we are all human.
Everything is 100% online and this challenge is open to everyone, no matter where you are in your journey.

THRIVE Rehab and Performance have come on board to level up this challenge with a variety or programming and personal training options so that you can attack this 6 weeks from EVERY angle! This is available as an add on to the challenge base and you can choose from the following options:
General Strength Programming
A generic program containing 3x sessions per week with an upper/lower/full body split.
Personalised Programming
Programming written just for you and your goals containing 3-4x sessions per week.
Run Programming
Options for 5km, 10km or 21.1+km run goal with 3 sessions per week.
Combo Run + General Program
For the Hybrid inclined that want to get strong AND run fast!
If you are located in the Huskisson area, they are also offering unlimited DISCOUNTED 1:1 PT sessions at PEAK Hybrid for the duration of the challenge that you can book at any time!

Your friendly neighbourhood nutritionist! TRN will be responsible for assessing your nutrition needs and setting your initial targets, as well as making any adjustments along the way. With 6 years experience and a long list of client success stories, Sarah is the girl you want on your team when it comes to nutrition and lifestyle!
thrive rehab and performance
Owned by local South Coast gal, Amy Abbey, THRIVE is responsible for providing all your programming needs (which you can choose as an optional add on for the challenge) as well as any Personal Training sessions for those that live locally! Amy has a degree in Exercise Physiology and Strength and Conditioning - and is a wizard in the gym that thrives on helping others reach their physical goals.

PEAK is like the glue that binds our community together. With a physical gym in Huskisson NSW and a community like no other, we have entrusted PEAK to assist us in bringing the vibes, building our challenge community and providing motivation and inspiration! PEAK is offering up some really cool additions to the challenge such as:

Provision of their gym space for Challenge 1:1 PT sessions

No! Even though tracking your food is a really valuable educational tool and we think that most people should do it at some point - tracking isn’t for everyone and we understand that! If you are willing to give it a go, we will be here every step of the way, if not, we can still help you work towards your goals in other ways.

Nope! But we do recommend that if you aren’t following a structured training plan, for the duration of the challenge you should! Gaining 2kg of muscle will do so much more for your body shape and feel than losing 2kg of fat ever will. Promise!

Absolutely not! This challenge is 100% online and open to all, no matter what stage of your journey you are in.

Absolutely not! In fact, this challenge is PERFECT for beginners as the coaches are here to support you every step of the way!
